Hospital great but administrative staff useless.my son had an op in march 2017.I have company health policy which takes care of all the bills, well today 17/10/2017 I have recieved a bill dated 25/07/17... more with a postmark on the envope dated yesterday 16/10/17.telling me it's my third and final reminder to pay the bill.to say I'm shocked is a mistake, rang the cosultants sec who said she can't explain the post and couldn't understand why I only received today.told me to ring my heath provider vitality who said it was the consultants office who got it wrong and never applied on line for payment of the bill as per requested....conclusion by myself and certainly by my health company is the administration staff at the hospitaI spire Manchester responsible for getting payments was an incompetent fool...I must say the consultant we saw was excellent Kevin Young.
The treatment given by consultants, nurses, kitchen staff etc. Is five star, I have recently had a bladder operation and I have now been discharged, but I thought I must tell all the persons who want that... more peace of mind when using a private hospital the reassurance that the spire at Manchester is like an exclusive hotel, nothing is to much bother, you are treated like a king, and the best thing of all is the way staff talk using your name using all the care in the world. Nothing more to say other than brilliant Manchester spire, thank you all so much for the service you give.
