Billing has been horrible for awhile now. I have 3 separate bills for a simple surgery. None of my bills were sent to my insurance company and by the time they send it, they told me it's too late for your... more insurance to cover anything. I never seen the doctor who performed the surgery on my wrist, until the follow up appointment. Please becareful with who you choose to care for you and your loved ones.
My best friend is here for a shunt revision. The nurse is rude. It took over an hour and 4 request for pain meds. When I ask for her name she said she didn't like to give it out.
Hopefully the next... more nurse is better and shows up in the room more than once during her shift. Wouldn't recommend this hospital.
Most employees in ER department were lacking personality or care with the exception of a few people. EXTREMELY slow. I get that they are "busy" but I was in ER room for over 3 hours with no care. Eventually... more took blood, x-ray and said I was fine and sent me home. Lady who took care of me was surprisingly pretty nice. Charged hundreds on hundreds for simple blood draw and x Ray. I understand med work is expemexpe but that is ridiculous.
