My 91 nanna has been in here for over 2 weeks now to help with rehabilitation after a fall which resulted in a dislocated collarbone. We visit at least once a day and she is always in bed, she doesn't... more seem to be doing any rehabiltiation what so ever. They gave her a leaflet with some exercises in but nobody is helping her do them and when i asked when she would be coming home i was told they are still assesing her needs, even though shes been there for over 2 weeks. She isnt drinking enough and they dont seem to of bathed her either. I understand that the nhs is stretched and understaffed but every day i go to visit nanna, the carers are always either talking in the hallways or drinking tea in the nurses station. Very unsatisfied by the care my nanna has received thus far
