I parked in the lot and had surgery, ENT dr. Moore lied to me and made condition worse and complications massive pain etc.! on top of that they towed my car while I was in ICU, even though I asked the... more nurse if it would be ok there, she said yes...after I was released and the idiot security didn't know where it was, took them 2 hours to tell me the tow company which caused damage that I was not paid for... so years later I had part of surgery reversed to fix pain which cost me over $5,000 out of pocket because not in network provider
Hi everyone inspite of the fact that I have never been here myself I highly respect the people who work here because they are very compassionate to everbody who is suffering from all kinds of illnesses,... more especially to those kids who are suffering from cancer. If I ever meet someone who has cancer I will refer them to this wonderful hospital for treatment. Kudos everyone for all that you have done to restore the health of those poor kids who are barely starting to live in this cruel worlld. Keep up the great work and I wish you all well on all of your endeavors. Have a very happy life everybody and pray to god for guidance so that you can continue to do your utmost to help these poor kids to get well again.
They always charge for parking and DO NOT VALIDATE. We pay a lot of copays and pay alot for our insurance but they don't give a break to patients in Fullerton. Other offices don't charge to park.
I... more came for an appointment and got a ticket to enter the parking lot to park. The lot was full and should not have let me in. I left to go to the front lot but it was blocked off for valet parking only. There was plenty of parking but they would not allow me in unless I valet it. I don't trust ANYONE. I had to drive across the street and buy something at the pharmacy in order to park there.
I talked with the hospital staff and she apologized and said they couldn't let us park in the front parking lot. I told them they really need to help their patients. It's not a welcoming environment to not be able to park. Hopefully, we can get Fullerton to appreciate their St. Jude patients.
