This place seems ok for ph standards. As a foreigner you still feel a big hassle running around the hospital buying things youself all the time. When you go in the pharmacy of the hospital to buy the stuff... more you will also be sent to central sterile supplies in another floor to get stuff they dont have it there and vice versa. Often they will tell you they are out of stock and you will end up in the traffic going to several pharmacies in the whole city to hopefully find it. When you come back dont be surprised if they send you again because they didnt write the correct amount. They also dont think ahead like ask you to buy the antibiotics for the whole threatment - you will end up buying pill after pill if you dont please them to put the whole thing on the receipt!
Billing and cashier service is inefficient at all: You easy gonna wait one hour at the billing while the cashiers are doing nothing at all. Or you gonna wait at the cashiers while billing doing nothing at all. What really sucks are these senior priority lines everywhere which are for 60+ age people but other people will use it all the time just to be served faster.
They will send you a temporary hospital bill every morning as text message - after three days they will ask you to pay a deposit.
You can choose rooms with tv and fridge but they dont give you a remote control for the tv, the tv is mounted high at the wall and far away from the bed *facepalm*.
The food seems quite ok - of course rice three times a day.
At least most of the staff, doctors and nurses are friendly and know mostly what they are doing.
The system it self sucks! M O N E Y is the only thing that counts for them.. The cost is high but the service is very poor! Shame on you to the sisters who runs the system. Where is JESUS in your LIFE?... more You cannot serve two masters at the same time.Train your staff before they handle the patients.LIFE is precious therefore there is no room for mistakes...
Processing of transactions and releasing of results is so slow at the Laboratory Dept.! Waited at least 1 hour to call ur priority number. There is only 1 receptionist for all the transactions as well... more as the releasing! Hope the management will look into this...
