My son had 99f temperature and his forehead was very hot for 3 days than usual. They made us wait 3 hours with xray, nose swab, urine test. In the end they gave Tylenol with ice water and discharged him... more . Then came the bill $420 from CEP and from Carson $2020.
I fixed my son's problem at home with herbal medicine. Wished I never went there, despite having Health net insurance.
Unless it's a matter of life and death, I will never go there or take my love ones.
This has got to be the worst hospital in the bay area. The nurses here don't know how to do their job nor do they care about the patients and the service is terrible. This one nurse who was caring for... more my grandpa abused my grandpa. Didn't let him eat or drink for a whole week. While he was being cleaned she put him on his side position which caused him to drop his breathing mask and did not put it back on until she was done. Instead of trying to help him breathe again she waited until she was done cleaning his body. She decides that him being clean is more of a priority then his life. And by the time she decides to put it back on it was too late. Such a terrible tragedy all because of a careless act. Not only that but she did not get in trouble for this when it happened when she should be in prison for negligence. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone EVER! It's not worth it.
Rate of readmission after discharge from hospital (hospital-wide)
