St. Vincent’s Private Hospital was established by the Religious Sisters of Charity in 1974 and is located beside St. Vincent’s University Hospital. The hospital moved to a splendid new state-of-the-art... more facility in November 2010 making it the largest private hospital in Dublin. This not-for-profit hospital has 236 inpatient beds, 31 general and 23 oncology day care beds, 24 consulting rooms, operating theaters for major and minor surgery, endoscopy, radiotherapy, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging facilities that include general radiography, CT, MRI, interventional radiology, mammography, ultrasound and dexa scanning. The hospital is part of the St. Vincent’s Healthcare Group and has been awarded Joint Commission International accreditation.
