Horrible experience. I am a triple amputee from iraq with2 Purple Hearts. Came in because of so many issues. My urologist was awesome and a few of the nurses. One morning i was hitting my call button and... more waited over 3 hours for the tech to even bring my wheelchair to within my reach. Nurse Michelle in the 800 unit then came in and said that everything was just in my head which is the same thing the VA has said for years. I recorded her giving me her personal diagnosis and shortly after the charge nurse Shannon came in with the security guards and demanded i either handed over my phone which I had used to reach out for help or delete the pictures and video in front of them. They have infringed on so many of my personal rights and i wouldn't recommend this hospital to the insurgents who blew me up. They need a serious overhaul in their staff. 1 star is being too generous.
