For Techs in Lab today 7/16/2018. There were two there I haven't seen before. They seemed extremely annoyed that we intruded on them. I asked an important question and they both ignored me. I asked again... more before we left and was rudely told they had nothing to do with that. They certainly need a personality implant.
My son was taken here because he had a very high fever of 103.5, the first time they basically said they didn't know what was wrong and the second time they said oh well it might be viral so let it run... more its course. That's all fine and dandy except they SENT HIM HOME WITH A FEVER OF 104 AND DID NOTHING TO TRY AND CONTROL IT. My son is 9. I was so livid and when I called and asked why they did nothing for his fever the shift nurse says I dont even remember him coming in here. And they want to send me a $1,000 dollar bill for sitting there with their fingers in their asses! They can suck it
I had an ER visit for a badly sprained ankle. Staff was very friendly, helpful and our visit was quick. Minus one star for not ordering crutches. I was very swollen and in pain, could not walk. I asked... more for crutches, and they did give them to me.
Update: I have a badly torn retinaculum and peroneous tendon, and cannot put weight on my foot for at least three weeks, needs to be immobilized for at least 2 months. My sprain is very bad, ankle and foot was very swollen that day...seriously. I still can't believe they expected me to hobble out of there.
