When you arrive at West Valley Hospital, you know you are in good hands. For more than 10 years, we have been your community hospital, and with the recent opening of a Level 1 Trauma Center, West Valley... more Hospital has transformed into a distinguished medical center.
My primary care tells me to request an MRI, but I get a bland “oh yeah you don’t meet the protocol for receive an MRI”. Which was not followed with what the protocol is. Dissemination of information... more to the lowest levels helps everyone understand your “process”. Maybe you should leave the board game clue out so I could have fun actually figuring something else out as you collect some easy insurance money. This is a typical shots/pills then gtfo of the hospital. On the flip side If you want a chill job where knowledge is not key and you can take your mental baggage out on people look no further. I would highly suggest vets try somewhere else and save yourself an angry visit.
Had my daughter here in March of 2017 my first baby. I had a great experience except at first the nurse in the labor and delivery triage took a painful drug test for no reason and didn't give me no information... more just left me there while I was having painful contractions I was scared and had so many questions until later another took me into the delivery room. She was awesome my plan was not to have any pain medication and she was very supportive she and a couple of other nurses delivered my baby my labor was so fast the doctor didn't make it. After getting clean up and going into my new room all the nurses were amazing I love this hospital and will continue to have my future kids here thank you Dr. Bujak best ob
One star is too much for this review! I am in and out of the ER often with my dad, as he has an extensive medical history. Went in with him because he had really bad back pain, after he was given pain... more medication he started feeling abdominal pain and numbness. We asked for the nurse and she took her time to get to us, walked in and asked if he was feeling pain, said “okay” and walked out. 10 minuets later she comes back.. we asked about the abdominal pain and she repeats what the doctor had explained about the lab results, we asked again about the abdominal pain that kept getting worse and she walks out of the room before we are done asking her questions. Doctor comes back 20 minutes later and asks about the pain, he repeats that the lab results were negative and there’s nothing wrong, we asked again about the abdominal pain and the doctor gets irritated and straight out asked “what do you want me to do?” Clearly we wouldn’t be consulting with a doctor if we knew what to do about the pain. This hospital needs to do a better job at screening their staff and better training on how to be professional and have manners.
