Very bad experience with PT department. I was a caregiver for an elderly man who was to get strengthened by therapy. The sad thing was that they refused to do it. They would say they were doing it but... more him being in his right mind knew and said they were not. He got weaker and weaker. I had no say so because I wasn't family. I complained to no avail. His own sons would not complain, afraid he would get kicked out. His daughter from out of state came in and she complained. The therapists even lied to her but she knew they were lying. She wanted records, they said they would get them, never did. It's all about money to them and nothing else. I've seen incompetence with others also. But I will say that most of the nurses are very nice
