If I could give Woodland Healthcare a negative star I would. My family is currently looking for a different facility and should have done so years ago. The convenience of being local and the hope it was... more just a few bad experiences and would improve did not not happen.
I have been a patient of Woodland Healthcare for many years. My primary care doctor is amazing but I have to say the rest I am not so keen on. Pain management is impossible. The office doesn't schedule... more properly and constantly makes excuses. Several times I have had to call patient relations just to get them to respond. I recently had a procedure that was so disorganized and poorly executed in scheduling the actual procedure that it took 4 months and many phone calls when I was told by the doctor that I would be in within two weeks at most. In any other business, I would be fired if I slacked off in this manner. Every time I was making appointments after seeing this doctor, the staff were on their phones or on the computer playing games or using instant messenger programs. If you have other options, I would strongly recommend using them.
