I the website user ("User") agree that by accessing the besthospitaladvisor.com web site (the "Site"), I agree to be bound by the following legal terms of use:

1. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
I understand that I will receive a password and account designation upon completing the besthospitaladvisor.com registration process. The Site reserves the right to remove any information posted or refuse any or all service to any User for any reason, at any time, at the Site’s sole discretion without justification. The User agrees that the Site may block its IP address or addresses at any time, and at the Site’s sole discretion, thereby disallowing User's continued use of the Site.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

The Site reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site with or without notice. The User agrees that the Site or its owners shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of its service.

I acknowledge that The Site reserves the right to delete accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. 6. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

The Site is controlled and operated from Costa Rica. While the owners of the Site have made no effort to publish the Site elsewhere, the Site is accessible in many countries, including the United States. The User and the Site both benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment in regard to the Site. Therefore, The User and the Site explicitly agree that all disputes, claims or other matters arising from or relating to your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree that all claims you may have against the Site or its owners arising from or relating to the Site will be heard and resolved in a court of law located in Costa Rica. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you, stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts, and covenant not to assert any objection to proceeding in such courts.
